Going through a divorce yourself?
That gap is why the method exists — whether you are working one-to-one or running a room of forty.
— Best of Best Review

RIFT is the Rebuilders framework for understanding what a person actually moves through in divorce.
Rebuilding trust and connection with everyone, not just a future partner
Who they become when the marriage identity ends
Moving through grief and anger
Disentangling from the former partner
The letters run in the order a relationship comes apart. Recovery works back the other way.

Yes. The training, the ebook, the audiobook, and website hosting cost you nothing.
There isn't one. We'd rather have thousands of professionals who understand our method than a few who paid to learn it.
No. The training is for licensed clinicians and unlicensed divorce professionals alike. Licensed professionals also earn CE credit.
No. We run groups; you work one-on-one. Your clients come back to you further along than when they left.
About an hour to start, and you can go deeper from there.
Yes. Some of the professionals we train go on to become licensed facilitators with exclusive rights to their area. That path is vetted and it costs money, but it starts with the same free training everyone else takes.
Yes, including the parts that are inconvenient. Our outcome data, our methodology and our limitations are all public.
A number of the professionals we train go on to deliver Rebuilders programs in their own communities — with exclusive rights to their area.
Facilitators run a ten-week group class, typically one evening a week for up to forty people, and offer one-to-one coaching to students who want more support. Most run one class per quarter.
Our longest-running program, in Boulder, Colorado, has averaged $10,000 a month over its history. That reflects a mature program in an established market; a new facilitator builds toward it.
Licensing is not open to everyone. Applicants are vetted, and at minimum we look for an ICF-accredited coach credential or Certified Divorce Coach. Licensed mental health professionals are strongly encouraged.
Either way, it starts with the same free training.
